01 All applicants must complete the application form of the respective tuition provider and submit to Educat Universe along with the following documents
 Two Passport size photographs
Copy of the valid Passport with photo page and other personal details
Copy of the valid visa (if applicable)
Your personal CV
Photocopies of all the educational qualifications
Any English language qualifications
Evidence of work experience etc (if applicable)
02 Educat Universe will charge a non refundable fee to process the request of the applicant, this fee will be decided on individual basis, and any fee will be agreed with the client prior to starting their admission process.
03 Educat Universe will process and handle the admission of the applicant including payments as per the fee policy of the learning centre. It is to be noted that learning centres have different fee policy and applicant must read and understand the rules and regulations of the tuition provider they wish to join and follow and adhere accordingly.
04 Educat Universe will take full responsibility of collecting all the necessary & accurate documents from the institution on behalf of the applicant and to ensure that the applicant has all the required papers in time.
05 Though Educat Universe will advise on the appropriate course, it is the final responsibility of the students to ensure the course that he or she intends to undertake meets their requirements.
06 Educat Universe works only with tuition providers and universities which are on the Tier-4 Sponsor List of the UKBA and Educat Universe will not be and cannot be held responsible, should there be any changes in the Status of the Tuition Providers in which you have already enrolled by using Educat Universe Consultancy Services.
07 Should the applicant require any additional assistance, Educat Universe will be more than pleased to assist. However, it is to be noted that the Tuition provider will decide on the final status of your application and Educat Universe has no right to interfere in the administrative affairs of the Tuition provider once the applicant enrols with them.
08 Educat Universe will not be responsible on any of your visa matters since it conducts limited activities such as Educational Consultancy, student placement etc. In case of a visa refusal abroad, Educat Universe will request a refund if any, from the tuition provider on behalf of the student, upon receipt of any evidences such as visa refusal letter etc.
09 International students must comply with the immigration rules and regulations and insist that a full time course is of minimum of 15 hours of day time study per week.
