| Is the procedure to apply for Entry Visa in UK as an International Student ? |

Students are advised to obtain a student visa from the British High Commission or The British Embassy in their own country before travelling to the UK .To get an entry visa,
prospective student need to produce the Certificate of Enrolment from a tuition provider which is licensed by the UKBA .Visa Documents are issued upon receipt of the full or 50% of the tuition fees as mentioned on the fee list. |

| If my visa application is delayed, how late can I start my course ?? |

In exceptional circumstances, the Tuition provider will allow you to start up to three weeks into the course by issuing an extension letter |

| How many hours a week must I study ?? |

The number of study hours can vary according to the course, but as an international student, it is compulsory that you must have an attendance record of at least 85% onto the course enrolled. |

| If I get sick, will I pay for the medical treatment in London ?? |

The answer is No!!!
Overseas students who are in the UK for 6 months or longer are entitled to medical treatment under the NHS. Students should register with a GP as soon as they come to UK. The tuition provider will provide all the necessary documents for the registration process

| Can I work part time whilst I am on a student visa ?? |

As an overseas student, you are allowed to work for up to 20 hours per week during the course term and 40 hours per week during holidays as long as your studies are not affected. |

| Will I get my tuition fees back if my visa is refused or withdraw from semester?? |
|
|
|
If the student decides to withdraw from the course for any reason whatsoever after the start of the course, the entire amount of all outstanding fees must be paid in full to the tuition provider .In the event payment is made in full for the course, the student shall not be entitled to ay refund and shall thereby forfeit the whole amount paid . If the student’s visa application has been declined from the British High Commission, payment made against tuition fee will be refunded in full excluding the registration fee and other administration cost

| How much do I need to live in London excluding the tuition fee?? |

Student will need around 9500GBP per year as maintenance cost and this will include the accommodation cost which is approximately 80GBP to 100GBP per week in sharing |

| I have to pay Council Tax whilst being a student in UK?? |
|
|
|
Full time registered student are eligible for exemption from Council tax but they are not allowed to claim Council Tax Benefit which is a public fund . |
